There are 32 comfortable cottages in  "Solnechnaya Dolina" at your disposal (some of them have summerhouses  and chargrills), 9 double rooms (standard class), 2 cottages of  "suite" class  and 1 "Lux" cottage.
In the rooms there are:
- Double bed + folding sofa (or chair);
- TV;
- TV satellite channels;
- Intercom;
- Bathroom (shower / bath, hairdryer) and necessary toiletry;
- Mini bar (drinks for extra charge);
